
Citrix Digital Online Transaction Interface (DOTI)
DOTI is a new enterprise web application that enables distributors, business partners, and customers to quote and transact Citrix products and support.
Extensive user research was conducted with multiple user types in the Americas, Europe Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific geographies to inform design decisions throughout DOTI's iterative design and development process. This is one sample of many personas generated to create empathy, educate and align our business, development and design teams on the needs of the end user.

DOTI and CPQ Design Thinking Workshop
Multiple workshops were conducted with users to understand their current process, pain points, needs, wants, ideas and ultimately a "to-be scenario". This was from one of our CPQ workshops. CPQ is an internal configure, price, quote application used by our renewal sales representatives globally.

DOTI: Business Partner Experience
Patti, our business partner, arrives at her dashboard. She wants to look at a list of her Customers and makes a selection from the left navigation. (Outlined in red for quick reference. Note: The red outlines do not appear in the actual user interface.)

Patti then sees a list of her Customers (This screen has duplicated place holder text) and she selects A1A Cars.

When Patti arrives at A1A Cars, she sees a lit of quotes that have already been created. Her Favorite quote is has a solid green star icon and the row is highlighted. Today she wants to create a new quote, so she selects the button in the upper right corner.

Patti's customer wants to renew their current assets. As a result, she reviews the list and decides no updates are needed and selects Next.

Patti arrives at a list of hardware assets and sees that two of them are expired and additional action is needed in order to remain compliant with the program rules. She makes the needed adjustments and proceeds by selecting Next.

Next, the pricing information is displayed for Patti and she selects Finalize.

The quote has been created and is ready and Patti can now share it with her customer. What use to take Patti hours to complete, she just did in a few minutes enabling her to spend more time with her customer.

DOTI: Distributor Experience
The new DOTI experience allows authenticated users to transact orders without having to contact Citrix, as seen in this example. The information displayed is dynamically displayed based on program rules, geography rules and user type. This makes Daniel, the distributor, very happy.
