  • Created, designed, developed and established an internationalization program launching Magic Leap into Europe. Senior User Experience Architect and Strategist, Citrix Support, 2017 to 2018                                                          

  • Transformed method for designing and developing strategic experiences for the Citrix Support portfolio, including the Digital Online Transaction Interface (DOTI) in a Continuous Delivery environment. Implemented a user-centric, iterative design methodology to drastically improve the transaction experience.   • Orchestrated strategic UX design for IBM Counter Fraud Management (CFM) developed in an Agile, Continuous Delivery environment. Collaborated with Product Management and Development across geographically distributed, international teams to rehabilitate existing complex enterprise software solution and design the next generation UX.

  • Architected design of CFM v2.0 UX recognized as gold standard design for product portfolio. 

  • Spearheaded adoption of Design Thinking in organization, releasing first product in Division using framework. 

  • Designed Alert Management system within severe technology constraints that resulted in multiple, multimillion-dollar customer contracts.

PartnerWorld, Program Manager, Web Strategist, UX Designer, 2008 to 2014

  • Articulated goals and objectives of Systems and Technology Group’s (STG) web experience program supporting over 18K Business Partner (BP) companies.
