Business Partners are critical to IBM's success. PartnerWorld is the expansive web presence that supports their needs. Through this channel enablement materials to assist Partners with marketing, selling, technical and training on IBM technologies are delivered.

PartnerWorld Design
Consistency is important to our Business Partners looking for brand family information, technical specifications, education materials or announcement letters. In addition to adhering to design, content and branding standards I drove significant improvements into the standards and experience, such as modernizing search, navigation and going mobile, provided leadership to the development team and partnered with the Knowledge team that drove content generation.

Smarter Storage for Smarter Computing
Smarter Storage for Smarter Computing is another example of new web presence created with unique content to support the needs of our Business Partners. My overall work on the Systems and Technology Groups web presence resulted in being designated as the best of, not only IBM's Partner experience, but of our competitors according to multiple external consultant studies.

PartnerWorld Search
Drove a new search design for PartnerWorld to address modern needs and expectations of our users. Collaborated with broader PW design team and development to Improve accuracy, ease of use and enable saving searches and suggested results.

IBM PureSystems
I led the design, creation and implementation of the first cross-divisional, IBM branded product family - the most complicated PartnerWorld announcement ever. This was a very large team, encompassing members from all divisions in IBM, working to launch a new, worldwide web presence with new content for new products at the stroke of midnight in 17 languages.

PureSystems Topology
Generated PureSystems topology to communicate all of its touchpoints and ensure proper linkages were developed in the backend.

Power Development Platform
Business Partners were enabled to access to IBM's big systems virtually (Think Mainframes) at no cost. This cloud based solution was an important benefit to many thousands of Business Partners, especially the Mom and Pop shops designing and developing on an IBM Platform. I led the design and development team to delivering its new web presence and reservation system.

System zEnterprise
The PartnerWorld web presence provides a customized experience for IBM Express, Advanced and Premier level Business Partners. In addition, it provides public content for our non-Business Partners. Displaying the appropriate, entitled content for authenticated, specific users, use cases and depending on country, locales and languages required a complex back-end. This zEnterprise example demonstrates some of those differences.
